What is actually different about Centerly
Every product on this page keeps records, takes attendance, bills tuition and talks to parents. Those are table stakes, and the established products do them well. The difference is who does the work in between.
In most childcare software, a person reads the immunization form and types in the doses. A person notices that a CPR card is about to lapse. A person works out the credit for a two-week vacation. A person answers the parent who wrote in at ten at night. The software stores the result.
Centerly gives each of those jobs to a software agent that does the reading, checking and first draft, then asks a person to confirm. That is the whole idea, and it is the thing to test on a demo with any vendor: ask them to show you who does the work.
How we write these comparisons
- Facts about another company come from its own website, help centre, release notes and published terms, with the date we read them.
- If we could not confirm something, we say it was not found in their materials. We do not say "no".
- Each page has a section on where the other product is the better choice.
- We name our sources but do not link to them.
- If something is wrong or out of date, write to [email protected] and we will fix it.
